• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• Earth Editor integrates AI tools and APIs from OpenAI and Google to provide advanced rendering and enhancement features.
• By using these features, you also agree to be bound by the OpenAI Terms of Use and Google Terms of Service.
• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and using AI outputs at your own discretion.

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of any 3D models, images, or other content you upload to the Service.
• You grant Earth Editor a license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.
• You must not upload content that infringes on the rights of others or violates any law.

• Earth Editor is not responsible for the content generated by AI tools or for any third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Earth Editor and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or AI features.
